A plea to end factory farming and to feed the world in a sustainable way from World Animal Protection

World Animal Protection created the ‘COP28: Factory Farming and Climate Disasters in Global South’ film to premiere at COP28 to coincide with the launch of its report which shows that intensive animal agriculture contributes at least 11 per cent of emissions causing climate disasters.

The film promoted the research piece in an accessible way and was presented daily at COP28 to an audience of 85,000 delegates, resulting in greater awareness among this important thought leader and decision-maker demographic. The film and report were also mentioned in more than 380 pieces of media and translated into several languages, significantly raising awareness of the issues globally to an audience reach of over 1.5 billion and 400 million.

This film has been entered in the MPB Geographical Better World Video Awards. See all the entries and the winners.
