The olives that go into making the Oli d’Oliva 4 are quite rare and grown naturally in just four villages in the Ribera d’Ebre area of Catalonia, Spain – Tivissa, Ginestar, Rasquera and El Perelló. The olives are called fulla de salze, which translates as willow leaf.
This variety of rare olive makes Oli d’Oliva 4 into a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil, sought after for its delicate fruity flavour and sweetness.
